ED CARPENTER, No. 20 SONAX Chevrolet: “I’m happy with the No. 20 SONAX Chevrolet! We did a lot of work on the race set up today. We made some good gains and are in a decent place. I was a little surprised about how many qualification simulations were going on out there today and I was a little jealous that we didn’t get more into that. At the same time, May 30 is the goal! A lot of good things happening here so far and hopefully we can keep the train moving!”
RINUS VEEKAY, No. 21 Bitcoin Chevrolet: “It was a very good second day here in Indy! We did a lot of traffic running, working on the race setup. The Bitcoin car felt very comfortable and we didn’t want to go too far. Tomorrow is another day – probably going to be a lot different! – but we feel really happy and really confident coming into the race.”
CONOR DALY, No. 47 U.S. Air Force Chevrolet: “I feel like we have a pretty elite unit out there. The U.S. Air Force car is flying through the wind pretty effectively. Making the changes, one day at a time, one lap at a time – it’s all we’ve got to do! Every day so far we have been fast, so that’s a positive sign.”
